Propecia® (finasteride) is a medicine used to treat male pattern baldness androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss). This is the most common type of hair loss, with 1 in 10 men suffering from it, which is a common cause of hair loss in men. In comparison, 5% to 10% of people in the general population have 5% or less hair loss.
Finasteride is an inhibitor of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, which converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). The hair follicles are miniaturized, and the DHT levels in the hair follicles shrink over time as hair follicles mature. The 5-alpha reductase is a hormone that plays an important role in the development of the hair follicles. Finasteride, a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, has been shown to slow down the hair growth process. This may reduce hair loss by up to 30%.
Finasteride also has some other active ingredients that are also used to treat male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia). These ingredients include:
Dutasteride is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. It is used to treat the symptoms of enlarged prostate (BPH) in men who do not have a full bladder or no urination. The drug is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH. The drug may also be used to treat symptoms of prostatic hypertrophy (PH) in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH. Dutasteride is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH.
Dutasteride is a type II 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. The drug is a type II 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. It works by reducing the level of DHT. This is why Dutasteride is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It is also used to treat symptoms of BPH in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH. This is why Dutasteride is used to treat symptoms of BPH in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH. Dutasteride is also used to treat symptoms of BPH in men who do not have a full bladder and are not having any symptoms related to BPH.
Dutasteride is a type I 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. It works by reducing the level of DHT, which is a hormone that is present in the scalp and hair follicles. It does not affect the production of testosterone in the body. This is because Dutasteride is a type II 5-alpha reductase inhibitor.
Hi everyone,
I am a bit confused. I have been struggling with hair loss for over 5 years now. I have always been very sensitive to hair, but my hair loss was too great. It made me wonder if the drug finasteride was helping. I know it was not effective at all. My doc suggested I start a hair transplant. I am hoping I could learn something new to help me with my hair loss.
The first question is, what does finasteride (Propecia) do and how does it treat me?
I have tried finasteride 1 mg and it works, but I'm scared that the drug will affect my hair. The hair is still healthy, but it has stopped falling out after the 1 mg dose.
I'm not sure what medication is helping me, but I can't understand how finasteride works. Does finasteride cause hair loss? I know this is a question that I am going to get answers to, but I'm hoping someone can help me.
Any advice on how I can get my hair back.
Thanks.
P. S.

The 1 mg finasteride dose was given to me in the year 2000. I have been taking the 1 mg dose for 6 months and the hair has stopped falling out. I know that the 1 mg dose is effective, but I am wondering if finasteride has anything to do with my hair loss.
The 1 mg dose of finasteride works well. It doesn't affect my hair. I can't say it's working as I've been on 1 mg for years. I'm a little worried about the finasteride effect. Anyone else using this?
If I use finasteride on my hair, can I expect to see it in my future? I don't know if finasteride has any impact on hair.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the information, my hair loss has been too great and I was just worried I'd be a little out of it. My doc said the drug would help. She said it would cause problems, but my doctor recommended I try something else. I'll be trying it. Any advice on where I can find some hair loss treatment?
Dietary advice: I don't think it's effective for hair loss. It can affect the hair, but it doesn't work. Hair growth is important for the growth of your hair.
I have been using a lot of vitamins/minerals for hair loss since my last cycle, and they have been helping. They've not helped me as much as I have seen with finasteride. Any advice is appreciated.
PS: I am currently taking the 1 mg dose of finasteride for hair loss. I am worried it may affect my hair.
PS: I haven't noticed any side effects. But I'm still interested in seeing if finasteride works for me.
PS: I have no idea where to start, but I am hoping someone can help.

My doctor recommended I try finasteride 1 mg once a day, but it doesn't seem to help much.
Yes. Finasteride causes hair loss, so your doctor may be able to help you manage it.
If you want to check your hair loss on a regular basis, there are some online resources you can use to help. These can be used to determine whether you are a candidate to take the 1 mg dose.
Checking your hair loss on a regular basis can help you manage your hair loss and keep it strong.
It's important to remember that you will not be able to prevent hair loss from occurring if you have been taking finasteride for the past 6 months or longer.
If you continue to experience hair loss after you stop taking the 1 mg dose of finasteride, it may not be effective for you. In fact, you may have some concerns about the drug's effect.
If you notice any side effects or changes in your skin (such as redness, swelling, or rashes), stop taking the drug immediately and talk to your doctor. This will help you manage your hair loss.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask about what you're taking and your possible effects.
Living with noticeable hair loss is no longer to be expected due to the incredible developments that have been made in the treatment of men’s hair loss. With the introduction of Propecia, generic name Finasteride, it is now possible to stop or slow down the progression of hair loss in the majority of men who use it.
Fifty percent of all men experience male-patterned baldness; the most common type of hair loss beginning around the age of thirty.
It generally starts as a receding hairline; a thinning of hair on the crown and temples; resulting in a U-shape pattern around the head. In some rare cases, a male may end up completely bald.
The condition is genetic; caused by an abundance of the male hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which causes the hair follicles to become weak and eventually inactive, resulting in a lack of hair re-growth. This process can take decades, so if you have experienced rapid hair loss (under a year) or scalp irritation causing bald patches, you should seek medical advice from your GP to ensure there are no underlying thyroid conditions or other reasons for the condition.
One of the most effective treatments for general hair loss is finasteride, which prevents further hair loss and increases hair growth.

About Finasteride Tablet
Finasteride Tablet is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), such as frequent and difficult urination. Besides this, it is also used to treat male pattern hair loss.
Finasteride Tablet works by blocking the action of an enzyme named 5-alpha-reductase. This helps to lower testosterone levels in the body, which in turn increases hair growth andPHAR.
It is usually used to alleviate BPH symptoms and prevent hair loss in men. Before starting the treatment, consult your doctor to learn more details about your condition and to consult the above-mentioned [email protected]
Finasteride Tablet is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor. This prevents the production of a drug called DHT (dehydrogenase) in the body. DHT causes the hair follicles to "untrestbarren" in the body. This prevents the hairs from resting and promoting growth. This helps to prevent further hair loss and sometimes prevents you from producing new hair. Also, Finasteride Tablet helps to increase hair count and slow down hair loss. It does not work if you are unable to urinate first. Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor if you have ever had symptomatic relief fromBPH, male pattern hair loss, male breasts, urinary incontinence or other urinary related symptoms.
Finasteride Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. Always consult your doctor before taking this medication.
